A brief, not just a transcript
It doesn't just transcribe. The brief is written against the client's history and refers to them by name.
Avagance's note taker gives you a live transcript of the client meeting and a brief written against what your firm already holds on that client: prior reviews, holdings and vulnerability notes. It flags what changed since the last review, and a person at your firm checks the brief before it's used.
Before the meeting, ask in plain English, by voice or text: "Prepare me for the Smith meeting at 2pm." Ava pulls the file and tells you what matters, such as an overdue review or an unused ISA allowance.
The transcript builds on the left and the brief builds on the right, so your attention can stay on the client.
It names the client, flags what changed since the last review, lists the actions, and keeps the human details a relationship is built on.
Once you're happy with it, the brief goes straight to the report generator, so nothing is typed twice.
It doesn't just transcribe. The brief is written against the client's history and refers to them by name.
A retirement date moved earlier, an allowance left unused, a review that's overdue. Changes since the last review are picked out for you.
A granddaughter's graduation in June is the kind of detail a relationship is built on. The brief keeps it, so you can mention it.
The brief feeds the suitability report draft on the same client record. Avagance integrates with Intelliflo, so your back office stays your system of record.
Software that captures what was said in a client meeting and turns it into notes an adviser can use. Avagance goes further than transcription: its note taker writes a brief against the client's history, flags what changed since the last review, and hands that brief to the report generator once you've checked it.
No. You get a live transcript and, beside it, a brief that references the client by name, pulls prior reviews, holdings and vulnerability notes, and flags the changes and the actions.
You do. Ava prepares the brief and a person at your firm reviews it. Nothing leaves the firm without a human sign-off, and cases relating to bereavement, illness or divorce are only ever human-led.
No. The note taker is part of the platform, on the same client record as the reports, the cashflow planning and the provider paperwork.
Avagance integrates with Intelliflo and runs on top of it, so your back office stays where it is. Intelliflo and Voyant are live today, and Plannr and Xplan are coming soon.
Your firm remains the data controller for client data and Avagance acts as processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Data is held in the UK or EEA, access is set by role, and client data is never used to train shared models.
It is part of the platform, not an add-on. Solo practice is £350 a month for 1 adviser and 2 support staff. Growing firm is £600 a month for 2 advisers and 3 support staff. Firms with 3 or more advisers get custom seats and terms. Until founding places close on 22 October, every firm joins as a founding partner: the first 8 weeks are free, then you pay half the applicable plan for as long as you stay, so £175 or £300 a month. All prices include VAT.
